The KODAK NEXPRESS 2500 Digital Production Color Press delivers 5000 A4/letter 5/0 sheets per hour (83.3 pages per minute). A factory-reconditioned system renewed to Kodak’s exacting specifications, the 2500 Press is an attractive entry point to digital printing, with excellent image quality, a unique business model, and the support of award-winning KODAK Service and Support. It’s a good fit for small to mid-size quick printers, in-plant operations, digital service bureaus and small commercial printers wishing to enter the digital color print market affordably. The 2500 Press is a step up from the 2100 factory-reconditioned press in that it supports larger paper sizes, more input and output paper capacity, includes higher image quality through enhancements to the fusing and writing systems, and can use Kodak’s newest Fifth Imaging Unit Solution: KODAK NEXPRESS Intelligent Dimensional Coating Solution.
The 2500 Press is available in a 5-color configuration where 4 or 5 colors can be printed. The 5-color configuration enables the KODAK NEXPRESS Fifth Imaging Unit Solutions: in-line coating, glossing, dimensional printing, or a fifth color to expand the color gamut and reproduce spot colors.
